I’m Sapito, a highly-sensitive visionary artist, designer, curandera, oracle, and heart-awakening guide.

I’m here to help you feel and embrace the world-shifting love within yourself, inviting you to create and express authentically from your heart. Ever since I can remember, I have traversed dual worlds. I was born in the US to immigrant parents. I learned how to speak Spanish first, and could not communicate when I was in school, starting my journey as a quiet, shy girl. I later experienced being an American in El Salvador as a teenager, unable to fluently speak the Spanish I had learned as a child. My home life was turbulent and violent. My mother was kidnapped in front of my eyes when I was a month away from my 15th birthday. I learned throughout my life what it meant to be othered, sensory-alert, and neurodivergent. I was severely anxious and depressed for much of my life, numbing with alcohol and relationships until a sudden perspective shift, an awakening, the night of the US presidential election on November 8, 2016.

That night bridged my world from being a former Catholic and then Atheist to a deeply conscious person. I began to listen to the messages all around me, the intuition I had mostly ignored. I met beautiful souls on my path, experienced plant and animal medicines, and discovered reality wasn’t what I had been taught at home, at school, or through religion.

Now, I navigate multiple worlds and dimensions with the heart, carrying hummingbird, jaguar, blue whale, and, of course, toad and frog spirit medicine (Sapito means “little toad” or “froggy” in Spanish). With years of self-exploration, grounding, and training in Mystery Schools and curanderismo, I love facilitating the connection between the Earth, our hearts, and the Cosmos. Having transversed anxiety and hopelessness as a sensitive creative and with guidance from teachers, peers, and elders of all backgrounds, I now help other sensitive folks connect to their inner knowing so they can shine in the unique color they bring into this world. I incorporate humor, nuance, and perspective to my sessions. I’d be honored to be a part of your journey and I look forward to seeing you shine!
